Even though I didn't take it for weight loss, I've dropped about 10 pounds. I'm eating much better and craves for sugar are almost gone. I may drink one to two cups a coffee a week and no longer eat those sugary snacks. I'm more focused and eager to work out too. Doesn't hurt that my family and friends have noticed my transformation. Loved this product I felt better after taken it. I can tell when my iron is low I get cold wanting to eat ice or drink ice cold water with ice in it. I felt the difference especially during that time of the month and I always get a real bad headache after. Iike my symptoms where mild.
