I like it I started taking this product around summer time last year along with the seamoss I’ve noticed I have more energy but not too many changes with anything else it says to take one a day but I take two I started taking it because I have problems with my endocrine system and hormones I know it takes time so I’ll keep taking it.

This stuff is Amazing This has helped me in major ways. The biggest transformation is the regulation of my monthly cycle. Since I 1st started as a preteen, I have Always experienced so much pain during this time, along with very heavy bleeding but since starting the female balance back in August 2020, things have started to correct themselves tremendously.
