We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. We offer free return shipping with no restocking fee, and there are no final-sale items. To be eligible, items should be returned in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

• Email info@26herbmaya.com or call 972-903-1896 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• We'll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
• Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier indicated on your label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different product? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd like help choosing the right product, reach out for a free consultation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no charge to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.

Non-Returnable Situations

For health and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of products that have been used beyond what is needed to evaluate them, returns requested after the 30-day window, or items not purchased directly from drsebiwebsite. If a situation isn't covered here, contact us — we'll always try to do right by our customers.
