Everything you need to know about how and when your order ships from our Mansfield, Texas facility.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During sales or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- U.S. Standard Shipping: typically arrives within 5–7 business days after your order ships.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, will be applied automatically when your order qualifies.
Order Tracking
Once your package ships, use the tracking link in your confirmation email to follow its progress. If your tracking hasn't updated within a few business days, please contact us.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us first — we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please email info@26herbmaya.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (for damage). We'll work with the carrier to make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
